Piedi curati, che godono di ottima salute, sono un chiaro segnale di una persona propensa ad amare sé stessa.

Come eseguire una pedicure estetica direttamente a casa vostra.
Goditi 15 minuti di relax con un bel pediluvio.
Comincia ad ammorbidire la pelle dei tuoi piedi attraverso un pediluvio: vi basterà dell’acqua tiepida, un pizzico di bicarbonato e di sale grosso.
Alcuni amano aggiungere all’acqua due/tre gocce di olio essenziale di lavanda o di menta. Mantenete i piedi immersi in acqua per un quarto d’ora, al fine di addolcire tutti gli inspessimenti.
Smussa le callosità epidermiche.
Innanzi tutto rimuovete il precedente strato di smalto con un solvente apposito.
Mentre lasciate uno dei due piedi sott’acqua, massaggiate l’altro con uno scrub e poi, attraverso delle spatole dermo-abrasive o pietra pomice, allisciate la pelle levigando le increspature cutanee.
Rimmergete il piede nella vaschetta con acqua tiepida e destinate all’altro piede il medesimo trattamento.
Prima di passare alla fase successiva, assicuratevi di aver asciugato entrambi i piedi alla perfezione.
Elimina la pelle morta.
In questa fase ti occuperai di curare unghie e cuticole. Con l’estremità di un’astina rimuovete la pelle morta dal letto ungueale dell’alluce. Per evitare che l’unghia si incarnisca durante la sua ricrescita eseguite solo tagli dritti, non angolati, altrimenti optate direttamente per usare la lima.
Una lima di grana 100/100 è perfetta per questo scopo. Infine, un buffer vi sarà d’aiuto nell’eliminare possibili macchie, oltre che a rendere più uniforme l’unghia.
Dedicati al nutrimento della pelle.
In questa fase andrai a donare nutrimento e freschezza ai piedi attraverso l’applicazione di una crema emolliente, al timo sarebbe l’ideale.
Massaggiate il piede dalle dita sino alla caviglia, poi il collo e la pianta fino a che la crema non sarà stata completamente assorbita. Prima di applicare lo smalto, assicuratevi che anche le unghie siano asciutte.
Finalmente, potrete notare già dei piedi più sani ed in ottima forma.
